Nigel Stafford identifies Whitman as having visited the murder house and he is arrested but tells Marcella of Maya's affair with Tim .A plot to frame him is foiled and he is released but it leaves Marcella and Tim at odds. Summers gives Marcella evidence which unearths Debbie Canavan's body. She is the sister of Gail's boss Dr Lewis and was a friend of school run mum Jane Colletti .
